Sharing a passion for innovation and technology, we join forces to transform the employee experience. This collaboration is part of the Elli initiative, where FTI is building a partner ecosystem aimed at improving employee well-being through data sharing, creating tangible impact for organizations, teams, and individuals.
Enhancing Employee Experience through advanced data analysis
Vitamins launched its services around three years ago, evolving from a well-being and engagement platform into a modular HR data platform. "Today, many tools on the market address partial aspects of the employee experience. We differentiate ourselves by bringing all employee experience data together into an integrated platform. We are seasoned experts in data processing and aggregation, seamlessly integrating both soft and hard HR data. Think, for example, of linking absenteeism figures to survey data," explains Jonas Geleyn, CEO of Vitamins.
The Vitamins-platform offers an extensive library of questionnaires, enabling organizations to create a customized pick-and-mix selection tailored precisely to their needs and goals. "This ranges from modules on well-being, engagement, job characteristics, and inappropriate workplace behavior to comply with the legally required psychosocial risk assessment, to modules on financial well-being, retention, ambassadorship, leadership, organizational culture, and more," says Geleyn.

Jonas Geleyn, CEO of Vitamins: "As a young company, credibility in the market is crucial."
A shared vision on well-being
In a rapidly evolving labor market, HR is no longer merely a cost center, but a strategic partner. Leveraging technology for actionable insights is essential. Through its platform, Vitamins delivers personalized reports at the individual, team, and organizational levels, always respecting confidentiality and legal requirements. These nearly real-time insights provide clear entry points for interventions aimed at improving workplace well-being. "Organizations that don’t make structural investments in workplace well-being will lose the war for talent. The new generation of employees has different expectations, increasingly prioritizing well-being and alignment with personal goals and values," points out Geleyn.
"Our mission is to enable business leaders to improve live at work. We believe workplace well-being is a shared responsibility between employees and employers, and we support organizations in designing environments where goals are met by people who thrive. Technology and data are key to this transformation," Geleyn emphasizes.
The power of collaboration
Vitamins collaborates with various partners, including FTI Alliance partner Better Minds. "We are a startup, but we intentionally seek collaborations to fully support clients from A to Z and provide them with the best possible service. The belief in innovation and technology combined with the power of collaboration is something we also see at FTI. As a young company, credibility in the market is crucial. With FTI as a partner, we accelerate our sales and marketing efforts, enabling us to convince even more organizations of the importance of a data-driven approach to employee experience," notes Geleyn.
“FTI creates a unique environment where startups and established organizations collaborate on innovative data solutions. Vitamins fits perfectly into this vision, and we are convinced that this collaboration lays the foundation for future innovations,” adds Frank Hamerlinck, CEO of Flanders Technology & Innovation.
