With a shared drive to improve well-being through technology, we are joining forces as part of the Elli use case – the energy level & lifestyle initiative – where we maximize energy and well-being through extensive data analysis.
By bringing together partners from the well-being ecosystem, we offer companies a holistic approach with more comprehensive services and valuable additional insights. Better Minds, Golazo Energy, IntelliProve, Ready2Improve and Vitamins are already paving the way. With BiometrIQ joining, Elli can now also highlight the role of nutrition and its impact on employees’ energy levels.
Data-driven nutritional journeys
BiometrIQ has developed a data-driven platform that guides clients toward a healthier diet. Initially designed for and used exclusively by nutritional coaches, the platform has recently expanded its reach through partnerships with corporate well-being providers, such as preventive health insurers. "We see a major societal challenge in lifestyle-related conditions linked to bad eating habits, such as obesity and Type 2 Diabetis, as well as issues surrounding energy levels, productivity, and cognitive function," says Pieter Josson, co-founder and CEO of BiometrIQ. "We believe that optimizing nutrition can have a massive impact on overall health and well-being, and we want to ensure that more people have access to the right information. For many, the threshold to visit a nutrition practice is still too high. That’s why we are now expanding our solution to businesses and preventive health insurers."

BiometrIQ’s platform is built on four pillars that together form a complete nutritional journey:
- Advanced insights – By combining sensors, wearables, and surveys, individuals receive a detailed analysis of their diet, allowing for fully personalized advice.
- Coaching – Professional guidance is central, supported by AI technologies that further automate and refine the coaching process.
- Education – Understanding the motivations behind a healthier diet is key; knowledge forms the foundation for lasting behavioral change.
- Action – Based on the collected data, clients receive direct, practical advice.
A hybrid approach for optimal guidance
BiometrIQ believes in a hybrid model where technology and personal coaching reinforce each other. "While technology lays the foundation for data-driven insights, the human coach remains indispensable for seeing the bigger picture, motivating individuals, and providing emotional support," says Josson.
The platform merges advanced digital tools with continuous professional support – a combination that ensures optimal guidance. Soon a user dining at a restaurant will be able to send a photo of their meal and receive an instant analysis. This feedback, combined with previous coaching advice and measurement results, helps determine whether the choice aligns with their personalized healthy eating plan.
Accelerating change through collective expertise
Through its partnership with FTI, BiometrIQ gains access to a unique ecosystem that fosters innovation in the health sector. "FTI provides an environment where startups and established organizations work together on groundbreaking data solutions. We are confident that this partnership lays the foundation for future innovations and a holistic approach to health and well-being," concludes Josson.
Frank Hamerlinck, CEO of FTI, adds: "Put yourself in the shoes of an HR director looking for a one-stop-shop solution that links both mental and physical action points to a variety of insights – from movement to nutrition, behaviors, and habits. The full picture strengthens this story, and BiometrIQ is a very valuable addition to it."
